Ample parking area for several cars is located at the front of the property.

A refundable $500 security deposit is included with each reservation. If you paid by credit/debit card, it will be reflected as a "credit hold" shortly before your arrival date. The credit hold will be initially applied at the time of booking but only lasts for a period of days (depending on your bank's rules). Therefore, the credit hold will be renewed just prior to your arrival and remain in place until a number of days after your departure.The security deposit protects against property losses that exceed the coverage limit of the Property Damage Waiver (above). It is also used for unreported/hidden damage, and/or any violations of the rental agreement that are not physical accidental damage. The security deposit remaining will be released to you within 30 days of your stay (less any credit card processing fees paid for losses deducted). Security deposit is due before check-in and is generally applied automatically, based on your reservation check-out authorization. There is nothing you need to do before or after your stay to have the deposit secured or released.We expect guests to report all damage when it happens so that we can fix the issue before our next guests arrive.<br />

While exceedingly rare, there may be damages that exceed the protections already in place. All damages, losses, and fees in excess of the security deposit  are the responsibility of the guest.Failure to report damage or attempts to hide damage are poorly received - so please don't do that! It makes all of our jobs more difficult and can negatively affect our future guests' stay.

Infants are welcome at Finekettle but we do not provide any children's accessories or toys.

Our guests will access the property through a lockbox. Your code will be provided the day before you check-in. While we like to be as flexible as possible regarding check-in and check-out times, this is often not possible when there are bookings checking out and in on the same day. We require our guests to be considerate and depart on time out of respect for our housekeeper and the guests following them.

The upstairs kitchen is a cook's dream, fully stocked with cookware, utensils and bakeware, as well as blender, mixer and everything one needs for cooking. Downstairs kitchenette also offers refrigerator, coffee maker, bar sink.

Finekettle has several beautiful outdoor spaces including a screened porch, deck, lower patio and a dock complete with boathouse stocked with life jackets and a wide and easily approached boat slip for your boat. 

First aid kits are furnished in each bathroom, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers installed throughout the home. 

We welcome children at Finekettle but do not provide children's accessories or toys. 

Finekettle accepts up to 2 dogs per stay as long as those dogs are house trained and not on furniture or beds under any circumstances, cleaned up after indoors and out, and subject to payment of the pet fee.

The main floor of our home offers step free living and there is deck access from this floor. However, there are steps down to the lake and a couple of steps to enter the home through the screened porch. 

Very fast and reliable internet connection, phone chargers available.
